Artículo séptimo. Los empleadores que incurrieren en fraude respecto de las obligaciones aquí establecidas, serán sancionados por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social con multas equivalentes a cinco (5) veces las sumas que hubieren dejado de pagar.
