º Queda prohibido a los Administradores de Correos y Agentes Postales entregar a los particulares los telegramas sobre aviso de giros. Estos telegramas deben ser llevados a la Oficina Telegráfica por un empleado del Correo, y percibir allí un recibo especificándolos uno a uno.
