Art. 3.° Decláranse incluídas las partidas correspondientes en el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos.

Parágrafo

Corresponde al Ministerio de Guerra hacer la respectiva liquidación y ordenación de los pagos inmediatamente después de que sea sancionada esta Ley.
