Mientras se construye un edificio adecuada para la Sociedad Geográfica, esta funcionara en el salón principal del Observatorio Astronómico, el cual deberá ser debidamente amoblado al efecto.

Parágrafo

La Sociedad Geográfica disfrutara de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) anuales para la formación y enriquecimiento de su biblioteca.
