º A partir del 1º de enero de 1986, el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la asignación básica mensual que corresponde a los empleos de Director General de Programa Especial, Director Regional de Programa Especial; Jefe de Oficina Código 2045, Grado 06 y Jefe de Unidad, tendrá el carácter de Gastos de Representación. Para el empleo de Jefe de División Especial, el cuarenta por ciento (40%) de la asignación básica mensual tendrá el carácter de Gastos de Representación.
