º . La prórroga de las concesiones de actividades y servicios de telecomunicaciones vigentes, requerirá de autorización previa del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, la cual se expedirá por solicitud presentada por el interesado, con el cumplimiento de las normas vigentes sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Comunicaciones establecerá el trámite de las solicitudes de prórroga de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos en las leyes y en los decretos reglamentarios que regulen la materia.
