Protocolo e imposición de la condecoración. La entrega de la “Cruz Cívica del Mérito Asistencial y Sanitario Jorge Bejarano”, se hará en ceremonia solemne por parte del Presidente de la República en la primera categoría, y el Ministro de Salud y Protección Social en las categorías segunda y tercera, o sus delegados, cuando el Presidente o el Ministro no puedan entregarlas personalmente.

Parágrafo

La “Cruz Cívica del Mérito Asistencial y Sanitario Jorge Bejarano”, se concederá por decreto ejecutivo.
