La Intendencia podrá, dentro de las dotaciones de vestuario y equipo, fijadas para las Fuerzas Militares, determinar el valor de la partida anual que corresponde a cada individuo de tropa por este concepto, y suministrar con cargo a dicha partida, otras prendas distintas dé las fijadas como dotación, dentro del mismo valor, cuando la producción y existencias de los almacenes lo permitan.
