Modifíquese el artículo 2.34.2.2.5 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.34.2.2.5 Registro del Acta de Conciliación. El Defensor del Consumidor Financiero no está obligado a registrar el acta de conciliación. Con todo, deberá dar aplicación a lo dispuesto en la Sección 7 del Capítulo 2 del Título 4 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1069 de 2015.".
