El inciso 5º del tercer grupo de caminos nacionales de la Ley 70 de 1916, quedará así:

El camino de Tunja a Miraflores, su prolongación hasta un punto navegable sobre el río Upía, con un ramal de Ramiriquí a San Rafael y Zotaquirá y otro a Chámeza (camino del Progreso).

Parágrafo

Destinase la suma de tres mil pesos ($3,000) anuales para atender a la construcción del ramal de Ramiriquí a San Rafael y Zotaquira la suma que se incluirá en los respectivos presupuestos.
