Cédese al Municipio de Mariquita el pleno domicilio sobre los terrenos que la Nación adquirió por escritura número 3759, corrida en la Notaria Cuarta del Circuito de Bogotá el 25 de julio de 1946, con exclusión de la parte que a juicio del Gobierno sea suficiente para el normal servicio de aeródromo y edificios accesorios construidos o que deban construirse en ese lugar en orden a la eficiencia técnica de la aviación.
