amends decreto 663/93

Modifícase el artículo 271 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el cual quedará así:

Artículo 271. La Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. –Findeter–, no estará sometida a inversiones forzosas y no distribuirá utilidades en dinero efectivo entre sus socios. Así mismo, estará sujeta al régimen de encaje y de seguro de depósito cuando las captaciones que realice se encuentren bajo las condiciones que para el efecto señale el Gobierno Nacional.

Las entidades públicas de desarrollo regional no estarán sometidas al régimen de encajes, ni a inversiones forzosas y no distribuirán utilidades entre sus socios.
