Cuotas Partes Pensionales . La administración de las cuotas partes pensionales por cobrar y por pagar, reconocidas con posterioridad a la fecha de traslado de las competencias al Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia según lo dispuesto en el artículo 9° al Decreto 255 de 2000, así como las posteriores al traslado de la función contemplada en el artículo 2.2.10.13.1. de este decreto a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (Ugpp), estará a cargo de esta Unidad.
