El Tesorero Municipal de Barranquilla presentará anualmente al Ministerio del Tesoro la comprobación de que las sumas recibidas por el Municipio en virtud de esta Ley, han sido invertidas de acuerdo con lo que en ella se dispone, sin lo cual no podrá ordenarse la entrega de ninguna otra cantidad.
