En la práctica de visitas especiales el funcionario investigador procederá a examinar y reconocer los documentos, hechos y demás circunstancias relacionadas con el objeto de la diligencia y simultáneamente irá extendiendo la correspondiente acta, en donde anotará pormenorizadamente los documentos, hechos o circunstancias examinadas, y las manifestaciones que sobre ellos hagan las personas que intervengan en la diligencia. Cuando lo estime necesario, el investigador podrá tomar declaraciones juramentadas a las personas que intervengan en la diligencia y solicitar documentos para incorporarlos al informativo, que autenticará según los casos.
