Art. 99. No pueden los Síndicos comprar para si ni para otra persona bienes del concurso, de cualquiera especie que sean, y si lo hicieren en su nombre ó en el de algún otro, se apropiarán a beneficio del mismo concurso los bienes comprados contra esta prohibición, quedando obligado el comprador á satisfacer su precio si ni lo hubiere pagado.
