La estructura de costos de la asistencia técnica agropecuaria para los pequeños productores será determinada por los Concejos Municipales. El Ministerio de Agricultura para tal efecto elaborará un estudio con base en el parámetro costo - beneficiario - año, el cual incluye costos técnicos, de apoyo y administrativos.
