° Créase el Consejo Electoral del Chocó, encargado de hacer el escrutinio, declarar y comunicar la elección de Representantes por la Circunscripción Electoral del Chocó. Dicho Consejo no podrá revocar los nombramientos hechos por el Consejo Electoral' de Antioquia de miembros de los Jurados Electorales de los Municipios de la Intendencia para el período en curso; pero sí podrá llenar las vacantes que se presenten. El Gran Consejo Electoral procederá a hacer la designación de los ciudadanos que deben integrar el Consejo Electoral del Chocó.
