Art. 5º Los deudos de los individuos de tropa muertos en servicio del Gobierno, en las mismas circunstancias de que tratan los artículos precedentes, tendrán derecho a que se les abonen por el Ministerio de guerra, por una sola vez, las raciones que hubieran correspondido al finado en el término de seis meses. Las reclamaciones de esta especie serán elevadas por conducto del Estado Mayor Generalísimo, que les dará curso inmediato, rindiendo los informes de su incumbencia.
