ARTICULO 2o . Las loterías establecidas o las que en el futuro se establezcan, no podrán efectuar más de un solo sorteo semanal, por medio de billetes en serie continua, los cuales no excederán de diez mil (10.000) en cada sorteo. También podrán las loterías, fuera de los sorteos ordinarios, verificar un solo sorteo extraordinario anual, en las mismas condiciones establecidas en el inciso anterior.
