Art. 389. Es prohibido arrojar en los puertos el lastre u otros efectos que puedan dañar los fondeaderos. Los Jefes de los Resguardos señalarán previamente los lugares a donde deba condncirse todo lo que deba ser arrojado de a bordo de los buques.
