º También podrán transitar durante los días 9 de marzo y 25 de mayo de 1986, por los sitios a que se refiere el artículo 1º del Decreto 417 de 1986, los jueces a solicitud del Tribunal del cual dependen y las personas encargadas de la distribución de leche que acrediten su calidad de transportadores de ese producto ante la correspondiente autoridad militar o de policía.
