° Desde la fecha del presente Decreto, todos los pagos en monedas extranjeras que efectúe la Tesorería General de la República, de acuerdo con los giros hechos por los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, refrendados por la Contraloría General, se cubrirán al cambio comercial, conforme a las cotizaciones del Banco de la República para las distintas divisas extranjeras.
