Destinase la cantidad de diez mil pesos ($10.000) que se incluirá precisamente en la vigencia de 1935 para la construcción del edificio del hospital y esa misma suma se botará anualmente para el sostenimiento del supradicho hospital en todo cuanto se relacione con los gastos de personal y materia.
