Contra la sentencia procederá el recurso de apelación. La apelación de la sentencia se sustentará oralmente y se concederá o negará en la misma audiencia. Concedido el recurso en el efecto suspensivo, el juez enviará inmediatamente el expediente al superior, quien tendrá un término de veinte (20) días contados a partir del recibo del expediente, para desatar el recurso.
