amends ley 367/97

Modifíquese el artículo 2° de la Ley 367 de 1997 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 2° . La emisión de la estampilla “Prodesarrollo de la Universidad Surcolombiana en el departamento del Huila” se autoriza hasta por la suma de trescientos mil millones de pesos ($300.000.000.000). El monto total recaudado se establece a precios constantes al momento de la aprobación de la presente ley.
