El control del recaudo y del traslado oportuno de los recursos a la Universidad del Quindío, así como de la utilización de los fondos provenientes del cumplimiento de la presente ley, estarán a cargo de la Contraloría del departamento.

Parágrafo 1

. La rectoría de la Universidad del Quindío deberá rendir informe semestral a la Asamblea Departamental del Quindío sobre el recaudo de los recursos generados por la estampilla y su destinación.
