Art. 9.° La demarcación material de los límites de que trata la presente Ley y el arreglo de participación de rentas y gastos de los nuevos Departamentos, se harán de acuerdo entre los Gobernadores interesados en cada caso y de conformidad con lo que disponga el Ministro de Gobierno.
