Decreto 2190 de 2016 · por el cual se decreta el Presupuesto del Sistema General de RegalÃas para el bienio del 1Â° de enero de 2017 al 31 de diciembre de 2018.

Distribución de las apropiaciones. Las apropiaciones destinadas para la fiscalización de la exploración y explotación de los yacimientos, el conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo, serán distribuidas mediante resolución proferida por el Ministro de Minas y Energía. Las apropiaciones destinadas para el funcionamiento del Sistema General de Regalías serán distribuidas mediante resolución proferida por la Comisión Rectora del Sistema.

Parágrafo

Con fundamento en las respectivas resoluciones de que trata este artículo el Departamento Nacional de Planeación adelantará la Instrucción de Abono a Cuenta de estos recursos.
