amends decreto 100/80

El artículo 191 del Código Penal, quedará así:

Artículo 191 . Provocación de inundación o derrumbe . El que ocasione inundación o derrumbe, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a diez (10) años y multa de veinte a doscientos salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
