Art. 36. Todos los colombianos mayores de veintiún años y menores de sesenta tienen obligación de prestar mano fuerte a la autoridad que los requiere a la voz, pero el cumplimiento de las disposiciones de esta Ley, y si no lo verificaren, se les impondrá arresto por ocho a treinta días, por el mismo funcionario que hubiere solicitado el auxilio, previa la justificación del hecho.
