No se prestará el servicio a la persona que recurra a medios fraudulentos para tratar de acceder a la defensoría pública gratuita, sin perjuicio de las acciones judiciales a que hubiere lugar. En caso de que la defensa pública haya asumido la representación judicial y durante la actuación se comprobare la capacidad económica del usuario se retirará el servicio en forma inmediata.
