En campaña ó en cualquier otro tiempo en que, por circunstancias imprevistas, no pueda pagarse á la tropa el completo de sus raciones diarias, hará el Capitán de cada Compañía, al fin del mes, la liquidación y dará á cada individuo el certificado de lo que se le adeude por virtud de aquella, documento que será visado y firmado por los Jefes del Cuerpo, ó en su defecto por testigos de la Oficialidad de la Compañía ó de sus respectivas clases de tropa, y por el Pagador,
