Naturaleza de su relación con el Instituto . Las personas que presten regularmente sus servicios al Instituto tendrán la calidad de empleados públicos y por lo tanto, estarán sujetos al régimen legal vigente para los mismos. Sin embargo, con arreglo al artículo 5º del Decreto 3135 de 1968, podrán vincularse mediante contrato de trabajo, las personas que desempeñen las siguientes actividades

Construcción y sostenimiento de obras, operación y mantenimiento de equipos;

Labores de aseo, vigilancia y similares;

Servicios auxiliares transitorios o de tiempo parcial.
