Prestaciones por separación. Los Agentes separados en forma temporal o absoluta bajo la vigencia del presente Estatuto, tendrán derecho tanto ellos como sus beneficiarios a las prestaciones sociales que se determinan en el Capítulo II, Título Quinto de este Estatuto.
