Reporte de la información. La Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca, (CAR), reportará al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible la información relacionada con la aplicación de la Tasa Compensatoria, de conformidad con los lineamientos que para tal fin expedirá dicho Ministerio.

Este reporte deberá ser remitido anualmente con la información correspondiente al período comprendido entre el 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, a más tardar el 30 de marzo de cada año.

El seguimiento de la información se realizará en el marco del seguimiento al Plan de Manejo de la Reserva Forestal Protectora Bosque Oriental de Bogotá elaborado por la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca, (CAR) y adoptado por el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
