Artículo segundo. Los nacionales colombianos, los barcos abanderados en Colombia y las aeronaves provistas de matrícula colombiana, no podrán suministrar o transportar tales productos a dicho territorio mientras las medidas que se adoptan por el presente Decreto no sean derogadas expresamente.
