Restricciones a las Importaciones. De conformidad con el artículo 2.12 y con el Anexo 2-C del Tratado, salvo disposición en contrario en el mismo, no se podrá mantener o adoptar alguna prohibición o restricción a la importación de cualquier mercancía proveniente de Israel, excepto lo previsto en el artículo XI del GATT de 1994 y sus Notas Interpretativas.
