Coordinación de planes y programas. Cada asociación de municipios deberá coordinar sus programas con los planes generales del país y una vez adoptados por la respectiva asociación, se enviarán al organismo regional de Planeación, a Planeación Departamental y al Departamento Nacional de Planeación para que estas dependencias los incorporen, si fuere el caso, a sus planes de desarrollo.
