Vigilancia y control. La autoridad competente podrá solicitar, en cualquier momento, el informe de resultados de la inspección de elementos con sus respectivos soportes, que demuestren el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el correspondiente reglamento técnico, sin perjuicio de los ensayos/pruebas , exámenes y verificaciones que pueda realizar directamente.
