Cuando un establecimiento bancario que se halle en liquidación no tenga activo suficiente para cubrir todas sus obligaciones con el público y para hacer los gastos de liquidación, los accionistas estarán obligados a pagar al establecimiento la parte del valor a la par no cubierto de las acciones que cada uno de ellos posea.

El Superintendente hará efectiva esta obligación en el forma prescrita en el artículo 68 de esta Ley.
