Art. 37. Las Oficinas telegráficas dé la residencia de los Bancos de Bogotá í Santander í de sus oficinas sucursales, recibirán en pago del valor de los despachos que trasmitan, los billetes de dichos Bancos, cuidando de cambiarlos por dinero en las respectivas oficinas ántes de hacer sus enteros en la Administracion principal de Hacienda de que dependen.
