En las medidas establecidas en los artículos 113 y 115 del Decreto-ley 663 de 1993, se podrá remover al Revisor Fiscal y nombrar un reemplazo y adicional ente designar un Contralor, quien estará sujeto a lo dispuesto en los numerales 4 y 6 del artículo 295 del citado decreto.
