Para devengar viáticos se requiere que el empleado esté en ejercicio de sus funciones, en lugar distinto al de su residencia habitual y a juicio del Comisario. Para el cobro de viáticos debe acompañarse a la respectiva cuenta de cobro copia auténtica de la resolución que los reconoce.
