Prohibición pago doble subsidio familiar . En ningún caso habrá lugar al reconocimiento de doble subsidio familiar. Cuando el cónyuge o compañero(a) permanente del miembro del nivel ejecutivo, preste sus servicios en el Ministerio de Defensa o en la Policía Nacional, el subsidio familiar se reconocerá al que perciba mayor sueldo básico: si éste fuere igual, recibirá el subsidio quien acredite mayor tiempo de servicio. El miembro del nivel ejecutivo cuyo cónyuge o compañero (a) permanente, preste servicio en otra entidad oficial, para tener derecho al subsidio familiar, deberá acreditar que su cónyuge o compañero(a) ha renunciado a dicha prestación en la entidad donde trabaja, mediante certificación expedida por esta última.
