Cuando la disolución haya sido acordada por la asamblea general, está designará el liquidador o liquidadores, de acuerdo con sus estatutos. Si el liquidador o liquidadores, no fueren nombrados, o no entraren en funciones dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a su nombramiento, el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas procederá a nombrarlos, según el caso.
