Modifícase el artículo 3º del Decreto 1300 de 1932, en el sentido de que las relaciones mensuales que están obligados a remitir los Cónsules de la República al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, sobre las importaciones de cigarrillos y tabaco prensado, deberán enviarse directamente a las respectivas Aduanas, y en el caso de que en una misma relación figuraran despachos para más de una Aduana, los Cónsules extractarán y remitirán a cada Aduana lo que a ella le corresponda.
