° Las pruebas tendrán un doble objetivo: averiguar si el candidato posee los conocimientos necesarios para los estudios universitarios, y dar a conocer el desarrollo Intelectual del postulante. Los exámenes, cuyos programas fijara el Ministerio de Instrucción, versaran tanto sobre las materias relacionadas con los estudios especiales que pretenda seguir el aspirante, como sobre aquellas que puedan indicar el grado de cultura general. Para esto, el ministerio pasara a los tribunales las instrucciones técnicas relativas a la unificación de las pruebas.
