Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga los Decretos 2951 de 2004 y 1389 de 2006, los artículos 2.2.12.1 a 2.2.12.11 de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores, tal y como fueron modificados por la Resolución 948-1 de 2004 de dicha Sala, así como las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
