Todo formulario traerá, sobre el margen lateral derecho de su anverso, la leyenda que señale al público el respectivo valor máximo apostable, especificado de acuerdo con la tabla clasificatoria que establece el artículo 12.

Tal leyenda aparecerá en caracteres destacados.
